Erqole Hospitality S.r.L.: Sole controller of the surveillance systems at locations listed under points 1 to 5.
Società Agricola LA CAPITANA S.r.L.: Sole controller for the system at the location listed under point 6.

These companies have signed a Joint Controllership Agreement (Article 26 GDPR), available upon written request.

📹 WHAT WE RECORD

We capture your image when you enter the field of view of our security cameras.

⚖️ WHY WE RECORD

We use video surveillance to:

Protect company property (our legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Important: Cameras are not installed to monitor employee activity and comply with Article 4 of the Workers’ Statute (Law 300/1970).

👥 WHO CAN SEE THE FOOTAGE

Authorized personnel: Only trained employees with privacy knowledge
Law enforcement: In case of legal necessity
Maintenance company:
- RANGERS S.R.L., Registered office: Via Luca Della Robbia 25, 36100 Vicenza
- Operates as external processor and only in the presence of our staff

Your images are not disclosed or shared with third parties.

🕐 HOW LONG WE KEEP THE FOOTAGE

We retain footage for 48 hours, then it is automatically deleted.
Exceptions:

Public holidays or office closures
Legal or police authority requests
