Available only from June to October, the signature dish Spaghetto 8 Pomodori is a culinary journey that begins with the selection of eight varieties of organic tomatoes, picked from our own garden in collaboration with social cooperative L'Orto Giusto.

The Rooftop Bar distills the easy elegance of Argentario’ s modern coastal lifestyle. Its convivial vibe is reflected in a sharing menu of tempting Tuscan treats, accompanied by carefully curated wines that are also strictly regional, plus a range of signature cocktails – based largely on Italian liquors and spirits.
