Scirocco
The rooftop bar and restaurant of LA ROQQA is a world of taste that exalts Italy’s talent for good food, delicious liquid refreshment and convivial living. Fresh and seasonal, refined yet unfussy, the menu honors the territory in a series of dishes that blend Tuscan tradition with contemporary innovation, an all-Tuscan wine list, and a cocktail menu inspired by artistic genius Caravaggio. All dishes come with a secret: a magical view of Porto Ercole, spread out below like a diorama.

Food and Beverage Director Andrea Notaro and executive chef Francesco Ferretti blend the Tuscan tradition with contemporary innovation in a menu that prizes freshness, purity, seasonality and local provenance.

Porto Ercole’s charmed location, on a pristine stretch of Tuscany’s Mediterranean coast that enjoys close ties with the small farms and producers of the region, allows the seasonal cuisine to range confidently from land to sea.

Available only from June to October, the signature dish Spaghetto 8 Pomodori is a culinary journey that begins with the selection of eight varieties of organic tomatoes, picked from our own garden in collaboration with social cooperative L'Orto Giusto.

A dish that embodies rich complexity and technical mastery behind its apparent simplicity. It is a revelation of flavours, textures, and aromas, deeply rooted in ancient local culture.

The Rooftop Bar distills the easy elegance of Argentario’ s modern coastal lifestyle. Its convivial vibe is reflected in a sharing menu of tempting Tuscan treats, accompanied by carefully curated wines that are also strictly regional, plus a range of signature cocktails – based largely on Italian liquors and spirits. There is no better place to kick back after a day spent exploring the area, as the old Spanish fort of San Fillppo across the bay flares up in the golden rays of the setting sun.

La Capitana
Country and coast are close friends in this part of Tuscany. A historic farm estate producing wine, olive oil and vegetables, La Capitana centres on an 18th-century manor house of solid, weathered beauty, one that enjoys unparalleled views over Argentario and the Tuscan Archipelago. Set to reopen after a renovation, it will become the handsome rural sister of Miramis’ seaside properties, offering restorative breaks in an unspoiled natural setting.
