The kitchen

Francesco Ferretti draws on a terroir that produces all the varieties needed for his signature dish — a spaghetti with eight tomatoes, a plate that holds the essence of summer.

San Marzano and Piennolo, cherry tomato gel, yellow datterino cream, semi-candied red datterino, fermented green San Marzano, and tomato water come together in a composition of acidity, sapidity and sweetness.

The same technique and sensitivity extend across the menu, from marinated and seared palamita to dishes where vegetables from Orto Giusto return as protagonists in different textures and preparations.

The rooftop

At Scirocco, the rooftop restaurant of LA ROQQA, guests return for the signature dish, overlooking the village, the port and the Feniglia beach in the distance.

The wine list includes only local labels, while the cocktail list is dedicated to Caravaggio — the rebellious genius who ended his days in Porto Ercole.

At Isolotto Beach Club, just minutes away, the experience continues by the sea, with grilled catch of the day and local interpretations of seafood dishes, set within one of the most captivating natural settings on the coast.
