Ex Cirio

For much of the 20th century, the Cirio sardine and anchovy canning factory was Porto Ercole's chief employer. A proud reminder of the Tuscan port town’s industrial heritage, it is soon to begin a new chapter as a reference destination on the Argentario coast.

The wellness and culinary destination Miramis is developing centres on Tuscan natural remedies, blending the region’s rich history with thoughtful modern hospitality.



Designed by Florentine architect Marco Casamonti – celebrated for his Antinori winery project – the new resort fully respects the long, low volumes of the original site.
